I called them to find out prices and new arrivals but the person who I spoke to was very rude and arrogant he just disconnected my call without even listening to what I was asking.

Rating 1 because there is nothing less than 1. I went to this jewellers in Oct 2024 and the owner charged me 150% of the spot price of fine silver price on that day. It was my festive time and his store closing time, so didn't get in to argument. The owner is very greedy and has no business ethics. It was my bad luck that I had to buy from this jewellers. I wish them bad luck back.
100% correct and I agreed with @Khem Sharma comment (review) they just want to sell in good price not to buy from customers in good rates.
