Came in to get my LiveScan. Booked and received a CONFIRMATION for my appointment for 10:00 am. Jay emails to say his hours are noon to five and can I reschedule. Nope! I have a flight at 1pm. So if you get a confirmed appointment, be aware he may ask you to come at a different time yet the site lets you book an appointment and the appointment is CONFIRMED..
