I had the very unpleasant experience of having to communicate with this title company. They needed to pick up a quit claim from me and so I agreed for them come by my place of employment to retrieve it, which happens to be a middle school. Art, the escrow officer, sent someone. I specifically asked him to have his "associate" text me when he arrived and I would meet him in the parking lot, which happens to be right outside the school's front doors and the school's central office. Art Fuenzalida is one of the most knowledgeable Title Officer in all of San Mateo County. Anne Kaz is smart, efficient and super personal. Everyone in this office is Hyper-Competent. These are my go to people whenever I have a challenging title issue. I would ALWAYS use them if the choice was available. Home Buyers be AWARE: YOU pay for Title and Escrow in San Mateo County.
