Heidi and Alisha have far far exceeded my expectations. Their help, guidance, and perseverance to clear up mass confusion on my part has been immeasurable. The VA can be pretty intimidating and confusing when common people such as myself are trying to figure out how to pursue certain outcomes. Both Heidi and Alisha have communicated clearly with me the processes and obstacles that were necessary for the proceedings.
