I repeatedly get put on hold by a representative that goes by the name of Andrea Z. She was rude and could bearly make put what she was saying with all the background noise. She jokely rationalized because "she worked from home" I thought I was calling a lawyers office not a day care.

I have been using LawyerLine for 2 years now and they have done everything correctly. Way less expensive than having a person answering phones, particularly when I am working remotely.
