Very informative and helpful
Worked with Harneet to help with closing for my business purchase as well as helping create a corporate structure/ shareholders agreement. Harneet is one of the best lawyers I met, always available doesn’t matter 9am or 11pm, holiday or weekend. Sometimes I felt like he cared more about my safety/ business than me personally. His pricing is great/fair and he is someone I will always recommend to family and friends.
I have now used Mr.Singh for two real estate transactions. He is extremely responsible, insightful, and supportive of his clients and is very effective as a lawyer. He is also very accessible, professional, and fair with respect to his fees. Based on my two previous experiences, I would highly recommend him!

Hired for mortgage closing - Errors made on paper work - Unfamiliar with lender mortgage products, causing headaches/confusion - 2+ hours late to meeting - Did not provide property tax information after closing, incurred penalties as a result - Not polite / gave attitude
