I will say polite but not very knowledgeable and constantly had to refer back to the cruise line which result in a lot of miscommunication, inconsistent and inaccurate information provided which made me feel as if I was working for the cruiseline- RCC. I spent the entire cruise trying to fix what should have been done. Polite but I will never use this agency again. With a little patience and organization I definitely could and will do my booking myself.
