I recently called to ask whether your company accepts MetLife. The receptionist I spoke with seemed unsure of the process, and when I expressed some confusion about her response, she didn’t offer clarification, comfort, or help directing me to the appropriate lawyer for my area of interest. I believe additional training in empathy, compassion, and communication — especially regarding transferring callers to the correct department — would greatly improve the client experience.
