Their management skills is horrible. They will not reach back to you through email. They don’t hold the professionalism that they say they do. I’ve lived here for six years and it’s been awful getting to reach back with them. I would not recommend anybody living here because of this Association is extremely horrible. I lease many offices from Lawton and have had nothing but a great experience. They are VERY reachable, respond if there are issues, always show flexibility and proactiveness. They continue to improve the building and grounds (adding cameras in the parking lot, adding a bike rack), and make being here friendly and easy. The other folks in this building have been here many, many years and it's comforting just knowing they have people who trust them on site as well. Brian, Matt, Marissa, Heidi - all great people. don't reply to emails or requests, no follow up, don't walk the property. pretty much non-existent and collecting a check. really disappointing.
I had a terrible experience with Sharon she farms the condos on 2110 goebbert arlington Heights and i applied twice and she managed to disregard my application and give the condo to someone else she informed me that she is a buyers agent and did not have my best interest in mind.Sharon Alteir is rude and shady
