Always a positive experience going here. Staff are very friendly and helpful! I also appreciated the flexibility in my tightenings as I’m an out of state college student. I had a great first visit. The team is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful and that made a big difference for someone like me, walking in with questions and anxiety. I never felt rushed or judged, and every question I asked was answered clearly and respectfully. Dr. Lawton & team have taken care of all 4 of my children over the years and done an excellent job. The care, attention, and results are unmatched. Highly recommend!
The experience felt rushed and transactional, more like a quick investment deal than medical care. From the first interaction, the focus seemed to be on payment, not patient care or connection. When I tried to follow up and find common ground, it was clear that Dr. Lawton doesn’t invite discussion — it’s his way or nothing. The friendly tone I expected just wasn’t there.
