Literally a Christmas miracle. They are kind hearted real people. They helped us all the way and we brought the wrong window to them they even helped us find the new one. I highly recommend this place for any glass mirror work you need. I WILL ONLY BE USING THE GLASS DOCTOR FROM NOW ON. THANK YOU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES
My window had been shattered. I expected them to just replace it at my house. It turned out that they had to drive it to the shop. My day had been so hectic that I had no time to clean up the glass or trash in my car. The guy came prepared so he could safely drive it to the shop. When I picked my car up later that night, I found that they had cleaned up the glass, cleaned out all of the trash, and organized the rest of my chaos. Fast and friendly service at a great price!
Not thrilled with the service. I called and got a rough estimate over the phone yesterday which I was given a estimate on just the glass which was about $20 then a ball park on how much to install that piece of glass which I was told between $25-$45. Asked and made sure if there was anything else and was told that's it. Get the bill afterwards and the price is almost tripled from what I was even estimated over the phone. We apologize about the miscommunication. The over the phone price was quoted for the repair to be done in shop. The communication failure came when you wanted to schedule the repair as a mobile service at your property, which would be a higher price. That's not your fault,you should have been notified of a price increase for a mobile service call. I (The Owner) will make up the difference on your next project rather it be for your home or Auto.
