Cryo and compressions are the best way for me to recover after running and being sore! I love it!! Not to mention the workers are the sweetest people ever!
The benefits to cryotherapy and compression therapy are immense! I have enjoyed all of their services. The athletes at Southwest Barbell & Fitness also love it! Tiffany makes the whole process so seamless and explains everything to great detail! I won't lie when I say I was a little nervous about trying cryo for the first time but she let me know exactly what I would expect! Highly recommend it to anyone curious to try whether you are athletic or not!
I had my first Cryo session yesterday, and I am still feeling great today ! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Definitely will be back for another treatment, I recommend this to any and all shift workers it truly helps.
