11 months into the fire damage related project, I cannot recommend Lawton Construction and Restoration. While their initial remediation crew was prompt and professional, the rest of the process has been extremely frustrating. From the start, communication has been poor and timelines have consistently been missed. Lawton Construction & Restoration Inc did a great job for the reconstruction of my kitchen ceiling and wall. Frankie and Tim were responsive to my questions and concerns. They completed the reconstruction within the agreed-upon schedule and I am happy with the result of their work. I will recommend them to my friend.

Late night discovery of water leak under sink. I placed a call to Lawton right away and they sent over a technician who arrived at 10:30 pm. The tech was professional, polite and went to work setting up fans and other processed to dry the area and prevent further damage.

Lawton PM’s did a great job on scheduling and updating us during the project. Appreciate Steve Bonovich and Santiago Vina for their concern and professionalism thru out the construction and would recommend Lawton Construction and Restoration for any future projects. Dan McAlpin
