Update 12/25: We never heard from Devon again about rescheduling, I checked in with her almost every other day tried calling tried texting tried emailing after two months of no response. Update 10/25: reached out, at least once a month, to get the work scheduled. I sent updated videos and photos of the pieces that were breaking more and more, and the new spots. By far the worst construction company I have ever worked with. If your insurance company recommends them, do everything you can to get another company. Don't use Lawton for anything or you'll be very sorry.

My office sprinkler system malfunctioned. I simply handed the insurance claim contact over to Reactic Restoration and never thought about it again until the job was done. The team managed the assessment, claim filing, and all follow-ups. Their service is invaluable for people like me who simply do not have the time to deal with bureaucracy. 5 stars for efficiency.
