Lawson travel planned a trip for group of 20 people to Fiji, Australia and New Zealand for 23 days from Oct.25 to Nov 17th 2014. The planning was done very poorly. The hotel reservation was cancelled at last minutes and whole group was divided in in three different hotels. According to the information given to us by agent all expense for luggage was included.
