I had been going to the dealer for years, but switched to Lawson's for all 3 cars. Scott is excellent at explaining what needs to be done, what they can do and when I should take it to the dealer. I've always had good service, they are able to work you in when needed and complete the work in a reasonable time.
Great Customer Service – Being a female walking into an auto repair shop is always a frightening experience. Not so at Lawsons! Scott runs the desk and he is always very helpful and never trys to over sell me on repairs. A lot of times my budget doesn't allow me to get something fixed right then and there, he lets me know I can wait for a couple of months, but to go ahead and be prepared for the expense in the next couple of months......how awesome is that! Yeah - an Honest, Friendly Automotive Repair Shop! – I have been taking my Audi to Lawson Tire & Automotive for over a year and they are awesome. I'm often leary about bringing my car to a repair place as I feel I'm overcharged and taken advantage of all too often. NOT AT LAWSON! They are awesome. Finally - an auto repair shop you can TRUST! – My husband and I have brought both our vehicles to Lawson Tire and Automotive for various repairs and service. They are honest and will repair your car or truck for a fair price. We sometimes need them to squeeze us into their schedule and they will get the job done right and have the car ready when they say it will be ready. They'll even give you a lift home so you don't have to wait in the shop!

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend them! – After 15 years at another garage, they decided to close and I was in need of another shop. Went one place and I felt gipped. I then took my 2003 Suburban to Lawson to check an engine light warning. They found the problem but recommended that I take the truck to the dealer as the problem was still under warranty. Honesty, Trustworthy, Exceptional, Pleasure – I recently took an older pickup to Lawson for a leak in one of the power steering hoses. I was given an estimate and left agreeing to their quote. Soon after I got a call saying they had also noticed another issue that was only detected after they had cleaned up the underneath area under the hood.
