My excellent realtor Chris Dorr recommended Greene to me, and I am so grateful. As a first time homeowner, it was magnificent to have a trustworthy, skilled contractor to take care of a vast array of issues with my new home. He showed up early, worked tirelessly for long hours, and got the jobs done with great care. Greene also took the time to explain to me the work he completed so that I understood what was happening in my new house. He is the person to get your stuff done!

Can't recommend Greene Lawson highly enough. I have two new baby grape vines so I invested in a super-strong grape arbor structure for them that would last a long time. Greene put up our pergola in one day, not counting the cement pads he installed first; he bolted the structure down because of the strong Gorge winds we get at my house. Reasonable rates and the whole job was done within 2 weeks. I'm already thinking about further big projects he can do on my property. Thanks Greene!

Greene is a truly lovely human to work with. He transformed my 1967 Ranch into a roomy, light filled space that gives me such pleasure every time I walk in the door. I recommend him and his many skills for any type of project, from a major remodel of kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom, to outfitting a space for a backyard Catio enclosure. Greene Lawson is your guy.

Lawson Services designed and built our dream backyard patio, and we have been using it year-round. Of course, it's great in good weather. But we use it regardless of what Portland's winds blow our way. Perfectly designed with easy access through out back door, it was built to withstand any conditions. It lets in plenty of light through the transparent roof, but is open on three sides so we can enjoy our lovey back garden. We entertain intimate gatherings for drinks, dinner, or just hanging out, and everyone raves about it!

The many improvements Greene Lawson has made to our home (built in 1909) have improved our lives in many ways! He's brought our bathrooms into the 21st century, and added critically-needed ventilation to our attic. But perhaps the greatest feat of all is how he transformed our kitchen from its rustic farmhouse origins (verging on primitive) to such a beautiful place to cook as a family and be with friends—cabinets, countertops, sink and most miraculous of all, a state-of-the-art dishwasher.
