I have been living at this address for 5 years now. Lost some property management is the fourth owner of the building. I have paid my rent on time every single month I have participated and all the inspectors repair guys, pest control people, etc. Last month I got a letter in the mail about the pest control service coming on tuesday, however I did not check my mail until Monday night, so first thing Tuesday morning I called right at 8:00 letting them know. We have been renting from Lawson's for the past 2 years and our experience has been great. We have worked with Megan and Maria from the front office and Mike and Robert from the maintenance team. There professionalism and service has been top notch and we plan on renting from them years to come. They always get back to me very quickly and provide great customer service. Highly recommend them.
I’ve been applying for months and after I do, I get a call or an email saying that the property has been rented already so I finally called and the lady who picked up named Maggie who seem to not know much at all about anything was not so kind , I asked one simple question and that question was how do you guys pick applications? And she couldn’t give me a straight answer but told me that they collect lots of applications for a certain place and then they go through them and pick the “ideal” tenant….. to me It sounds a bit ra... read more
