I’ve been applying for months and after I do, I get a call or an email saying that the property has been rented already so I finally called and the lady who picked up named Maggie who seem to not know much at all about anything was not so kind , I asked one simple question and that question was how do you guys pick applications? And she couldn’t give me a straight answer but told me that they collect lots of applications for a certain place and then they go through them and pick the “ideal” tenant….. to me It sounds a bit ra... read more

Lawson Property in Woodland, CA are terrible. They are very rude and want to argue anything and everything. They send out unprofessional handyman to work on properties and when the job is not done correctly, they want to continuously send the same one's out. You would think that they would hire professionals to get the jobs done correctly but they are so cheap that they cut corners and the tenants have to deal with it. They are definitely slum lords!
