Great management and maintenance team
This is hands down the best property management around! The Lawsons’ are so nice and responsive! From my move in to renewing my lease, it has been completely seamless. Anytime I’ve ever had a question or needed anything Mark has been on it. You can tell this family cares about their tenants which makes the experience so much better! To anyone looking for a trusty, reliable real estate company to work with it’s right here. Many things are missing off the shelf. I went at 8pm and the place needed stock. Took 45 mins to check out. I went back in to choo and came back, the same people were in line.
Rented from them in Tacoma for almost two years. Always courteous and friendly.
