Dr Lawson was very sincere about wanting to help you. She is interested in you as a person. She works with you on developing the best plan of action. You are NOT treated like a number. There is no rushing when you are sharing your concerns with her
Dr. Lawson has been our family physician for 10 years and I feel like we won the lottery. She is an excellent diagnostician, caring physician, excellent provider, and treats her patients like family. We appreciate her professional services and her kind staff.
Have known Dr Lawson 15 years. Worked with her both in Urgent Care and in Family Practice. Both my husband and I are her patients also. Kind, Caring, Attentive to your health concerns and Great Emotional Support for patient and family. A Rare Breed of Doctor, who does not shuffle you in like cattle. One who will go the extra mile to see that you get the care you need.
Dr. Lawson has been seeing my whole family for 10 years. She knows us well and remembers our history. She and her entire staff are very accommodating with our 5 children and they don't act like it is a burden when I have to bring them all in with me. They just bring some chairs into the exam room! Called to see if the doctor was accepting new patients. Long story short, was told not if on Medicare or Medicare with a supplemental policy. I asked why not. They said the billing company would not do Medicare Billings. Also, didn’t tell me that if I paid out of pocket I could be a new patient. Doctors web site says they do take Medicare payments. Strange all around.
Dr. Lawson is amazing! I can't recommend her enough...she is kind & really listens to her patients. She sets the bar very high with her sweet bedside manner.
Dr. Lawson is an unusual Dr. because she takes all the time you need with her. She is like the doctors of times gone by. She really cares about her patients and does not hurry you in and hurry you out.. She cares about every aspect of your life and health. She is so compassionate and caring. She is also easy to talk to about any problem. I would refer anyone to Dr. Lawson and hope they would be fortunate enough to have her as their doctor.
Dr. Lawson is awesome. She has a great bedside manner and genuinely seems to care about her patients. That said, the other reviews about her staff are correct. They ignore patients waiting, laughing and talking with the window shut. Wait times are bad (I'm typing this while waiting 40 minutes after my nurse appointment time), staff doesn't return calls in timely manner, and sometimes does not give info needed. Also, the nurse practitioner is very impersonal. Regular nurse today was friendly.
Dr Lawson and her staff are awesome! They are always kind and attentive.
