I don't appreciate how they refused to give my brother any pain medications or antibiotics for getting his teeth pulled today. All because they lied about how much he had to pay. I never in my life heard of anything like this. They also refused to give him an excuse for work & told him tylenol will do. As if Tylenol will help with severe pain. I truly hope Erin documented all of this in his chart like she was asked to do today. Anytime a service or anything is refused please make sure that it's documented for your protection... read more
