Initial visit was GREAT until it came time for billing and following agreement of method of payment or perceived agreement from my end verdict still out as to comparing my documented proof of agreement with a response from Dr. Lawson documented proof to confirm OR refute my understanding of our agreement. Instead we were gicen demand letter from Dr. Lawson office to atop trying to get answer and information requested to determine if we were in compliance with our insurance as in network paying clients of Cigna. I wrote this back in 2013 on my page during a 30 day of thanks giving. Still holds true today. Day 16: I am thankful for my dentist Keely Lawson. I've known her most of my life. She was always sweet. She is patient, kind, and personable. Last month I needed all of that and she talked me thru some rough days. Oooo weeee!!! That pain took 10 years off my life. COL! (Crying out loud) She took care of it all.

When I entered the office of Dr. Lawson, I was in much pain. The entire staff waited on my quickly and found out what my problem consisted of. Dr. Lawson gave me two prescriptions and advised me what to do until my next appointment on Thursday, February 28th. I am always impressed with the outstanding service I receive from Dr. Lawson and her staff. My mother and uncle are both patients of Dr. Lawson. Dr. Lawson and staff are awesome! The staff all acknowledge you are there, even if they aren't working with you. The hygienists are personable and also attentive to your specific needs. HIGHLY recommend!
