I felt better after my initial appointment. My pain was reduced. They answered all of my questions. Their staff was friendly enough, but not overly friendly. At times when I call, I feel like a bother to them. But, I will say that I will NEVER return to their office for any treatment. I had an appt booked for a massage and adjustment. During the morning, I seemed to have developed some sort of virus. At first, I thought it may have been something I ate but it worsened as the morning went on.
