Very poor office policies. Does not ensure HIPPA compliance. Great dentist but would not make an appointment for an emergency due to an outstanding bill of eleven years that we had no idea about. Sad thing is that the bill was not even for the patient in question. I went immediately to pay it and found out that it was not even my bill.... was another family members and insurance was not filed. Policy is that entire family is under one patient account.
