I have been to Lawry's in LA many times and when I hit a big jackpot at Caesars in Vegas, I immediately announced to my friends, Dinner is on me and everyone raved and was very happy. Thank you Lawry's for many fantastic evenings.
The food is always fabulous at Lawry's. We will be back to see Mrs. Taylor who is the best server in town! We loved her personality! Thank you Mrs. Taylor for the wonderful experience and your hospitality!
Had reservations... Seated timely, service was excellent, food was delish... Even took advantage of the Vday special...
Bad night overall. Never acknowledged at bar. Seated 30 minutes after reservation. Once at table, never received our cocktails after sitting for 15 minutes. Waiter had a table of 12 or more. They never should have sat us in his section. It was best to leave. The whole experience was spiraling downward. Lawry's has always been one of our favorites. We bringing family that have never dined there. Bad night and experience.
The spun at the table salad, prime rib with loaded mashed potatoes and yorkshire pudding plus key lime pie was fantastic. Ms. Bonner was such a wonderful server. She really made me feel comfortable and at ease since I have never dined alone at a restaurant before. Honestly, I ended up enjoying the fact that I was alone. I savored every moment and orgasmic bite of prime rib so much more since that was my main focus. I highly recommend trying it sometime!
