Incredibly unprofessional, inappropriate, and just plain wrong-this is Shelley Lawrie who I am describing. My advice-dont do business with this woman/owner if you can avoid it. Horrible experience when returning rental over which was left cleaner than when it was received, if you do rent from this agency I highly recommend taking very good documentation and photographs any every scratch and mark or you will be held responsible and charged for it. Just unbelievable and sad really.
Attentive, Friendly, Realtors/Property Managers – Answer to my prayers! I have recently rented an apt for a friend of mine with Dimentia and my experience has been wonderful. They have done their homework! – Lily and Shelley recently helped with a successful relocation. They worked quickly to identify listings that met the client's desired specifications. They also ensured that all of the necessary applications and lease paperwork was in order so as to place the client in the best possible position to obtain the desired property. Rude, unprofessional!! – Do not rent from this company! They do not return phone calls, charge you for damage to your rental that you didn't cause, and it will take an eternity before you receive your deposit refund check. In addition that take over a month to cash any checks written to them. One of the worst experiences I've had!!!
Horrible. – Rude and irresponsible. The worst experience I ever had in hunting rental. They are not professional in business. I'd not recommend this to everyone. Do not work with them.
How Rude!!!!!! – I called this agency to try and help with the search for my sons housing in Santa Cruz. The first person I spoke to Liliana was helpful but unfortunately put me through to Shelley Lawrie. She asked the most ridiculous questions in quite the rudest manner I have encountered over the phone, questions such as "Why are you calling me instead of your son if he needs housing?" Good Listings – Shelley has done a good job managing all of her many rental properties. Just wish she might have sent flowers (at least?) to Lori Davis's Family for her Memorial .Lori had been a long time tenant and a reliable renter, since way back in the 80's. She loved living in Capitola, and @ Pleasure Point as well. It was sad no one from "Lawrie and Lawrie," acknowledged her passing. Busy as property managers are....perhaps you never knew? A personal touch would have meant so much. She left us all too soon.
