Dr Hartman is really rude and completely lacks bedside manner. Seen once every 3 months for 10 minutes. There are far better epilepsy centers that are much more thorough and care about their patients. Look elsewhere for proper treatment.
The doctor I saw was very callous and uncaring. She would not take me seriously until I dredged up deeply personal information, and only then begrudgingly scheduled me a test - which was, in fact, positive. Then all she wants to do is throw medication at me - I asked questions about how else I can treat my condition, and she said, "I dunno, I'm just a doctor." I tried to reschedule with a different doctor at the practice, hoping to have a better relationship with another caregiver, but the customer service has been awful. Th... read more
