I sat in the waiting room for an hour while the receptionist kept sending people in ahead of me. When I asked what was going on she told me she was waiting to approve my insurance. So for an hour while a sat in there dirty waiting room listening to an elevator tune on repeat for an hour she never once thought to explain that to me and then acted condescending when I said I’ll just try and find another foot doctor. Also when I walked back to the bathroom and looked around, the place is filthy.
The best doctor ever I had in my life very nice professional kind I don’t have words for him and his team highly recommended.
My wife had a great experience at Lawrenceville Foot Care with Dr. Michael Banh. He took the time to carefully evaluate her symptoms and explain the underlying cause of her foot pain instead of just focusing on the symptoms. Dr. Banh was thorough, patient, and very clear in explaining the diagnosis and next steps. He recommended orthotics to properly support her feet and address the root cause of the issue.
