I had a great experience with Dr. Michael Banh and his practice. He is extremely professional and has an excellent bedside manner, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I came here because Dr. Bahn had great reviews. While he may be fantastic with older patients (and I won't argue with him being a very nice person), my experience was not good. I'd come in after months of foot pain. The diagnosis made was woefully incorrect. So much so, that what was prescribed as treatment turned out to be the exact opposite of what I needed. I felt like the doctor was trying to shake me down for money. I went in for an issue and all he kept trying to do was sell me products that were not covered by insurance. When I wouldn't buy, he simply gave me two heel pads and told me to go to CVS and buy some more. He cared nothing about my issue, And no one even called to follow up
Doctors are good but you wait FOREVER to be seen. It’s not uncommon for you to sit and wait 30 minutes to an hour after you scheduled appointment.
After negative visits with two other podiatrists in the area, I found Lawrenceville Foot Care. The clean office and Dr. Banh's professional and easy going manner were welcome. He explained all options prior to doing a procedure, described the procedure thoroughly, and provided detail about what to expect after the procedure. I am grateful to have found them.
