Dr Barrese is rude, condescending and nasty to her patients. I experienced this personally and overheard her interactions with other patients in the office and on the phone (yes she stands in the reception area and discusses patients calling in with the staff). Find another doctor. There is no reason to subject yourself to her abrasive condescending attitude.
