If have seen Dr.Epps and pa Tore for more years than I can could. And prior doctors. The front desk and nursing staff are caring, kind and understand. Tore is a saint. She and Dr. Epps listen. And explain everything. That’s a good combination to have. I actually look forward to going. Lydia Jolly
I was nervous about getting my injections but the whole staff was understanding and took time to talk to me about what to expect with and without sedation. They took great care of me. Dr. Patel came to see me before the procedure as well and gave me expectations as well as follow up treatment and listened to what my goal for the future was with my pain. I think I told the staff after waking that I loved them 😍
Dr. Will Epps and his staff are awesome. From the front check-in/reception, to the epidural medical staff, I've recieved excellent customer service and great treatment. Dr. Webb is kind, and has a wonderful sense of humor. If you're nervous or apprehensive he really takes the edge off and makes you feel comfortable. The ladies who gather patient vitals & information and prep patients for procedures are the absolute best.
