The staff is rude and think they are doing you a favor to take your money. They talk about the affluent people of Fort Worth as if they are best friends, calling them by first name after everyone in the store has heard their full name. The store is always stuffed with so much merchandise that it is difficult to move. Staff is more concerned with shopping or creating a new display than customers. Too many other competitors with the same merchandise but better priced.

Staff is much improved with better service; friendly and helpful. I go in at least once a month to see the new items available. I love shopping here and searching the nooks for unique finds. Great place for a special gift, and they offer free gift wrap.
Wow...dont know if you been in Lawrences lately but what a change I have seen...The staff is delightful and very creative. The store is full of wonderful merchandise...You can find a gift for anyone and then they wrap it for you at no charge. The music is quite uplifting...I suggest you come in and give it a try...Not sure who the owner is but I have had friendly service everytime I come in the store.
The merchandise is incredible, but the owner is not pleasant. She can be very rude to customers.
This store has things you never realized you didnt need. Around the holidays, there are many creative, decorative, fun items. I try and buy local at non-chain stores, but shopping here is not always a pleasant experience. The owners unfriendly demeanor rubs off on her staff as well. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in the front door, and act like they are doing you a favor when you purchase something. I would shop here more often if the staff was friendlier because the merchandise is often unique.
Always has that special something for that special someone on your list and the sales staff are terrific!
