I loved the service, the staff are professional and knowledgeable. Their new office is very clean and shinny.I did not have to wait more than 20 minutes, I recommend this facility to everyone who has minor injury or illness. I started using this facility instead of my family doctor since I work from 9 to 5 and my doctors office always closed when I am off work.I have only one comment about not doing medicine refills over the phone and requesting to see the patient. I went in to be seen on valentines day. i was told from insurance clerk who ia also the manager that I couldnt be seen. The reason is because my insurance was not valid (per a computer of theirs they check on) I called my insurance company, since the urgent care wouldnt make the phone call. My insurance company (Anthem) confirmed I had insurance but the urgent care still would not see me. I cant even give it an aweful. No stars. Yahoo wouldnt let me post "no stars". This wouldnt make a good veterinary hospital. This is NOT a place for getting well, it is a corporate pee test center, sponsored by local companies. on the Good side, they dont check you for somebody elses pee before you go in, and dont care if you flush afterwards. Urgent care is great. I have been there many times and the longest I had ever had to wait was 15 minutes. I feel more comfortable there than I do at hospitals while I am waiting to be seen. They are very friendly and a visit there is not as expensive as a visit to dearborn county hospital. I go to urgent care for all of my medical needs. One time I took a car stereo to the head and i was stapled up and on my way in about 20 minutes. I reccomend them to anyone who has minor injuries or that is in pain. The service is great.
