Appreciate this Dr. so much. Treated me with kindness & to the point information. My ankle fracture was my first broken bone. Surgery went great & follow up treatment was very clear. Appreciate Dr. Ward & his amazing staff so much. Shout out to Renee....she is awesome. She let me know what to expect with each phase of my treatment. She wraps a hell of a cast. Thank you all for your kindness.
Not the most pleasant visit I had. I walked in, and the nurse's assistant who took my vitals was very short. I asked her for a document, and she said they don't do that and that I have to go to my primary doctor, which I understand. Dr. Ward opened the door and asked me one simple question. He didn't bother to come in or examine my foot, didn't ask how my injury from last time was; he just opened the door and asked me if I wanted an injection before closing the door. He was very short. Dr. Ward took time to explain the source of my foot pain & how to alleviated it. He’s very congenial and extremely knowledgeable. His assistant is very pleasant.
