Dr Wang was so patient with my elderly mother. Explained everything to her as he took care of her skin issues. Every staff member that we interacted was also very friendly, efficient and kind. The best dermatologist and staff we have ever found.
Everything was done in such a fast motion that I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. My visit, including my time sitting in the lobby, and then being examined by the doctor and then back out the door took a total of 10 minutes. I was a new patient. I will not be back. I was so disappointed as I had waited for months for an appointment and then I was treated like a number. Sad!
Cant get on the phone with anyone
My experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I exited today was great! Every staff member who assisted me was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The process was sensible, orderly, and easy to follow. Highly recommend!
