We have used Lawrence Rural Health Urgent Care several times. We have always been happy with the staff and the treatment we have received. I give them 5 stars. They are so convenient and easy to use.
Won't take patients if you come in an hour before they close and always seem like they are mad at you for showing up. The only thing they ever prescribe is antibiotics instead of actually trying to help
Had tests done shorty after opening and was told I would be contacted that afternoon with results, but it was probably nothing and I’d be fine. Called multiple times the next day attempting to get the results but they were “too busy” until I informed them everyone in my house woke up with a fever.
Have always had a good experience there
Closing at 1:00 pm on Sundays yet refusing to see patients at 12:35 pm is poor business practice. If patients aren't seen 30 minutes prior to close, make that clear so sick patients aren’t wasting their time.
