Pro Med in Richland is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I waited for over an hour for a physical. The doctor discussed labs that were done for the physical because I was never given the lab results even though my chart said they did... so I was charged with an extra office visit. Its fraud, wait an hour for a few minutes with a doctor just to be billed for two visits. I had always heard Borgess was bad, now I understand why, I will now go to Bronson, they care about their patients.
