Dr Tsai is s a BEST Doctor EVER!! He is present with you! He listens! He partners with you for an agreeable plan of care! He is thorough and he takes time with you! He is professional and also personable. He is compassionate and polite, gentle and just good! I recommend him to everyone! And I thank God for him always!
