Seen for OCD but actually developed bipolar disorder. Inappropriately kept on OCD meds when I should have been placed on mood stablilizers. Placed on a benzodiazepines for insomnia when should have had bipolar disorder treated instead. Took another 8 years to get a proper diagnosis after being in her care. She often talked about her own life than focusing on the patient.
