I’m really disappointed with how unprofessional this office has been. Two weeks ago, I had an appointment that was canceled last-minute simply because I was the only afternoon patient and they wanted to close early. I rearranged my schedule and waited two more weeks to be seen again today—only to show up and find the office completely dark and empty. I arrived at 1:53 PM for my 2:00 PM appointment.
