Dr. Starin is a surgeon with impressive credentials, and an extensive experience and knowledge in the field of phlebology. Very personable and patient-friendly, he took the time to explain in detail my procedural options available in the treatment of my varicose disease, and to answer all my questions. My visit with Dr. Starin was definitely a very pleasant and productive one. Thank you very much, Dr. Starin!
