Absolutely love this place, I have been here for almost 6 years and haven't had an ounce of problems, I think Rhonda has done an amazing job managing these apartments and is right on top of any situation that comes up, I definitely rate this place 5 ⭐
I moved from a high crime area in Johnson and love the place, low crime, peaceful, goof neighbors, and Rhonda is an awesome property manager. I gave 4 stars because parkin could be better, guest take up spaces, you have to park and walk (not fun when you have to pack food from the local choke and puke). No worries though...
Rhonda went above and beyond to help me get in my new place. She called me to update me, was always friendly and respectful, helped me to resources and she was very genuine. I can tell she truly loves her job.
