Been seeing him for years. He is knowledgable and caring. Dr Schepps is the best. And Monica is a wonderful secretary. 5 stars!
I can not reach his office, line full. No call backs . Nothing. Want to know my x-ray results or even if he received them.
Dr. Schepps has rescheduled my lapiplasty twice and ultimately told me he was no longer doing surgery. My primary contacted Dr. Schepps and assured me he would do my surgery. Went to the office today and the building was being tented for termites. Tried to call office-- no answer, no machine. What kind of doctor is this--- my vet has a better attitude and practice . Does Humana know what kind of charlatan this guy is?
Dr. Schepps is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful, been going to him for years. Has respect for all of his staff and patients. Monica at the front desk is wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this office. Dr. Schepps wears a mask the entire time, and so does his staff.
Dr. Schepps is very perfunctory and discouraging, giving no treatment options except surgery, while refusing to give an opinion regarding the advisability of undergoing an operation. PThis is a first for me, because no other doctor I’ve ever asked what they would do in a similar situation has ever refused to give an opinion. He diagnosed nail fungus, but said, “you can try whatever you want, but nothing works.” I don’t recommend him.
De. Schepps is awesome. He totally fought for me against the insurance company. He is always polite and on time. I travel all the way from Palm Beach County to see him since he closed his office in Lantana. I will always continue to see him.
