Check-in was a nightmare — I was refused check-in until I called my insurance company on speakerphone to verify authorization, something that should have been handled before my appointment. The provider was dismissive, condescending, and clearly had not reviewed my intake information. I did not feel listened to or taken seriously. The allergy testing experience was also inappropriate for an ENT office, with the nurse wearing an extremely strong fragrance during allergy testing.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lawrence Weiss. He did a wonderful job on my sinus procedure and made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to his skill and care, I’m feeling so much better and breathing easier. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss to anyone needing sinus care.
Dr. Weiss is not only the best ENT but also the most caring. He diagnosed my husband at the first visit and followed up to make sure he got the tests and treatments he needed. He even personally called us to make sure we were following up on the appointments. We will forever be grateful for his expertise and concern.

Dr Weiss is an unbelievable doctor and his ability to find the root problem is impressive. I had seen many ent docs before and couldn’t figure out why I keep having sinus infections. Dr Weiss immediately realized I was having migraines and he has treated them since. Life changing.
