Check-in was a nightmare — I was refused check-in until I called my insurance company on speakerphone to verify authorization, something that should have been handled before my appointment. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lawrence Weiss. He did a wonderful job on my sinus procedure and made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to his skill and care, I’m feeling so much better and breathing easier. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss to anyone needing sinus care.
Dr. Weiss is not only the best ENT but also the most caring. He diagnosed my husband at the first visit and followed up to make sure he got the tests and treatments he needed. He even personally called us to make sure we were following up on the appointments. We will forever be grateful for his expertise and concern.
Dr Weiss and his entire staff are the absolute best!! Dr Weiss is a great doctor and he really makes you feel cared for. Thank you for that feeling.
