Dr. Resnick is the absolute best! My husband was suffering terribly from health anxiety and childhood issues. Dr. Resnick was extremely helpful and incredibly effective. My husband was hopeless and Dr. Resnick saved him and our family. I highly recommend him!!!! I cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Resnick helped me in ways that I had never been helped before. The therapist I had seen before him listened to me well, but listening wasn’t enough, and I didn’t want to hear about her problems!! Dr.Resnick has been a massive help with getting over some of my own hangups and moving forward with my life after a bad breakup and custody battle. He is very insightful while still allowing you the space to figure things out from your perspective. Would highly recommend for people going through a rough divorce or healing from past trauma.

I saw Dr. Resnick for my anxiety and depression. He is an incredibly skilled, experienced, and effective Dr. He quickly got to the center of the problems that I had been having for many years. He helped me start living my life without overwhelming anxiety. I can now shift the negative thoughts (which always predicted loss, failure, and catastrophe) that controlled me for years. I saw Dr. Resnick for about two and a half years, and he was extremely helpful at getting me to identify, analyze, and process many of the issues in my life that were causing enormous amounts of anxiety that became so pronounced I was sliding into depression. Dr. Resnick has a relatively hands-off style that focuses more on you putting things together and doing the work to make progress, and only applying pressure or resistance when you are starting to stumble. Dr. Resnick was very helpful in helping me address my struggles with anxiety and depression. He helped me identity patterns in my behavior and thinking that led to anxiety, and helped me practice curbing those thoughts. I felt more comfortable talking with him than any other therapist I had seen previously. Would definitely recommend.
