Meghan from Lawrence Realty is horrible with communication, disrespectful, and condescending. This company should not be in business. We’ve had nothing but issues since our old landlord sold his place to this ridiculous company. We’ve been at our apartment for 3.5 years, it’s horrible and nothing but trouble. It’s ridiculous. Thank god we are moving out. I do not recommended this company or Meghan AT ALL!!
This company is so bad they've deleted my previous review LOL if that doesn't scream poor business and customer service I'm not sure what will. The post from Garret L is an idea of what we deal with daily/monthly and when issues arise there's no hope for them to be resolved with this rude condescending POS of a property manager. I wouldn't with Meghan M******* on my WORST ENEMY. If I wasn't obligated to give them a star just to post this it would be ZERO STARS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
You can not tell the people behind Lawrence Realty. There is no human interaction. I have never see no website from an realtor company where the qualifications are not listed regarding security deposit & rent. The policies are not clearly stated on their website. An agent or someone representing the company has harassed me in text messages. You have to text and you can not talk to someone over the phone.
