Jay was great to work with. Very personable. Anytime we’d find a home we wanted to take a closer look at, Jay was always on the ball setting up appointments. He answered all our questions fully and was engaged and concerned about our complete satisfaction. Overall, a good agent to work with. However, I wish he was a little more helpful in preparing the offer documents and enlightening us, as buyers, on things we could/should ask for.
