Dr. Rand is a caring physician, however if you need lab work, he will order every test under the sun without letting you know what tests are being done and you will be left with an exorbitant bill to pay. His office staff isn't very helpful at getting back to you with answers as to why these tests were taken. I have been waiting since August for an answer and have still not received one.
