I lived in three different complexes in Lawrence and LPM was my best experience with a property management. Maintenance would respond to the requests on the same day almost all the time. They replaced our dishwasher and fridge one day after my request. LPM is by far the most professional property management I've heard of in Lawrence.
LPM provided an exceptional experience throughout my three years renting from them. They were very professional and quick to respond to any issues I had. They were also honest, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting from them to anyone.
