I live in their Austell trailer park and am a Disabled person. I complained about needed repairs in a stern matter and Jennifer decided to make me pay my utilities despite the agreement with her Mother who is the owner that my rent included all utilities. And they no longer would cut my grass and will charge me 100 dollars extra every time they have to do it. SHe has been promising to do repairs sine we moved here over a year ago with zero results.
