My wife and I were getting to a point of frustration with the company we had for our pool service. We have a salt water pool and it became clear not a lot of attention was paid to managing the balance of chemicals. Our neighbor who uses Jared recommended him to us and when I reached out to him he came over to the house within the next few days to take a look at everything and go over exactly what he would do to help get our pool back in proper shape.
