Took a Nikon in due to focus troubles, the gentleman (maybe owner?) spent time with us figuring out the problem and fixing it free of charge even though it was not the brand he sells. The woman working was quick to help us to her abilities and honest when it was beyond her knowledge, and getting us the resources we need out of state even. Great service with smiles on their faces. If I ever switch to Canon, they will definitely get our business!

Good photo shop I bought a Canon SLR from these guys last may, and I would say it was a good experience. The salespeople were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Also, I figured I would be paying quite a bit more to buy in-store as opposed to online, but in fact I actually saved money, and they kicked in some extras for me (extra rolls, etc). All in all, it was a great experience. Would recommend

Friendly Service We took our camera into Lawrence Photo & Video. They were willing to look at it and to help us decide if it was something that could be easily repaired or not. They did this without charging us anything! In the end we decided it was not worth repairing, but if we had decided to have it repaired, we would have let them do it! They are very friendly and courteous and their customer service was excellent!
